OUR MISSION
DELFI Diagnostics develops blood-based tests that use genomics and AI-driven machine learning to help detect cancer earlier. Our first test targets lung cancer, where early detection is one of the greatest opportunities to save lives.
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
Low-dose CT screening works, but most eligible people never get it. Access, cost, and logistics get in the way, including for people with a significant smoking history who qualify for screening under current guidelines.
A blood draw is easier to fit into a normal visit than a scheduled scan. That is the gap DELFI is addressing, not by replacing CT screening, but by making it easier for more people to start.
HOW WE APPROACH IT
DELFI applies whole genome sequencing and machine learning to reveal the signals, or “fingerprint,” that cancer cells leave behind. Circulating cell-free DNA from a routine FirstLook™ Lung blood draw contains this information.

WHERE THIS IS HEADED
FirstLook Lung is DELFI’s first widely available blood test for lung cancer screening. The same underlying platform is built to adapt further over time, from screening into monitoring, and from lung cancer to other diseases where a blood draw could catch something early enough to matter.
That is the mission behind every test DELFI builds, and the reason we measure success by how many more people get screened, not just how the technology performs in a lab.
